Spike Chunsoft Merch Collab Reveals New AI: The Somnium Files, Danganronpa & RAIN CODE Chibi Art

Spike Chunsoft recently announced a merchandise collaboration with the Japanese fashion e-commerce Zozotown. And aside from select items depicting new artwork of characters from Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, several other IPs under the company’s belt have been represented.

In particular, Kaname Date and Mizuki Date from AI: The Sominum Files, Yuma and Shinigami from the upcoming Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE have received new chibi artwork. Further, Makoto, Hajime, and Kaede from the Danganronpa series have also received new illustrations in the same vein.

Lastly, the protagonist of Shiren the Wanderer is also shown.

Danganronpa Decadence is available worldwide on Nintendo Switch. This physical package includes Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, and Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp. Alternatively, each game is individually available on the Nintendo Switch eShop.

Master Detective Archives: Rain Code is a new project by the Danganronpa team where one experiences a 3D detective adventure set in a neon city. The title is currently scheduled to release for Nintendo Switch in Spring 2023.

Players will control an amnesiac detective who is followed by a Shinigami and solve cases by examining crime scenes and evidence. The Shinigami will create a realm connecting the crime scene to the truth. Mystery Phantoms will try to impede your progress, and defeating them by utilizing the truth is the only way to go.

The team’s next game, Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE, will launch for Nintendo Switch on June 30, 2023.

AI: The Somnium Files – nirvanA Initiative is currently available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

AI: The Somnium Files – nirvanA Initiative shows an event where the right half of a corpse was discovered, but the left half was never found until six years later. However, the body has shown no signs of decay, as though it’s only a day old. New special agent Mizuki and her AI partner Aiba are tasked to solve the Half Body serial killings. Kotaro Uchikoshi is confirmed to be the Scenario Writer.
