World War Z: Game of the Year Edition Gets Release Date With All DLC and Additional PvE Episode Included

Focus Home Interactive announced that the Saber Interactive-developed z online multiple zombie shooter World War Z will release a Game of the Year Edition on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on May 5.

World War Z: Game of the Year Edition will launch for $45.99 and include all love the DLC available for the game featured in its season pass. Furthermore, the publisher has revealed that it will also include a new episode, which includes 3 PvE missions that take place in the French city of Marseille. These missions contain their own maps, story, and characters.

Additionally, the game will launch with the Lobo Weapon Pack, Biohazard Weapon Pack, Military Bundle Weapon Pack, new Last Aid Weapon Pack, plus one new upcoming weapon pack. Players will also be able to customize their characters with the Professionals Character Skin Pack and War Heroes Character Skin Pack. In the future, players can also expect a free update that adds a playable class with a unique skill tree and abilities.

World War Z follows multiple groups of survivors and addresses their unique storylines as they avoid interaction with the walking dead. However, that’s easier said than done because of Saber’s new Swarm Engine gives players a tough time as they manage to survive against a large horde of zombies.

Players travel through multiple locations such as Moscow, Jerusalem, and New York in World War Z. They must use their wits and environment to survive encounters, but of course, they could also use their guns.
