Netmarble announced that Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds will launch on PC and iOS and Android devices on May 25, 2022. The game will be available to play via cross-play between mobile and PC versions.

Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds is directed and produced by Netmarble and features animations from Studio Ghibli with music by composer Joe Hisaishi. The story follows the player character who has just arrived in a new virtual reality game called Soul Divers. However, this turns into a grand adventure through an open world that follows the animated film with graphics developed in Unreal 4 Engine.

Players can customize their character with unique equipment and choose from a Swordsman, Witch, Engineer, Rogue, or Destroyer class. Each class has unique skills and abilities that will be used in battle. Further, familiars can be found that add buffs to the part. Players are able to decorate their own farm with various items as they work to rebuild the Nameless Kingdom with online friends.

Fans can pre-register now to gain access to a special Explorer Outfit available at launch. Players can access the outfit in their in-game mailbox. Further, you can join the Discord to receive a Catarumpus Hat and a special title.

We’ll keep you updated on the release of Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds.
