About Digimon Story Time Stranger
Digimon Story Time Stranger continues to explore the bonds between humans and Digimon, with this latest installment detailing the mystery of the world’s collapse. Players will collect and raise various Digimon for turn-based battles in a journey that spans the human and digital worlds, the latter being the “Iliad where Digimon reside.” This game is also designed to be a “perfect entry point to the series” for RPG fans.
In the Human World, the story will primarily focus on Shinjuku and Akihabara. Within the Digital World: Iliad, Central Town will be the core of the adventure. The narrative follows the protagonist as an agent of the secret organization ADAMAS, leading to them being caught up in an explosion and awakening eight years ago.
Moreover, Digimon Story Time Stranger will feature a symbol encounter system, meaning that battles will start when you touch an enemy on the map instead of being randomized. Further, over 450 Digimon will be available.
Digimon Story Time Stranger is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. A free demo is also live.
