Devsisters has announced the first major update for CookieRun: Crumble, arriving on August 27, 2026. The update introduces Guild Raid, three new Cookies, a new Pet, and cross-server guild competition three weeks after the game’s global launch.
Guild Raid is a cooperative boss mode where individual guild members challenge the same raid boss using their own teams. Their efforts contribute to the guild’s overall performance.
Five guilds will be placed together in a Raid Group for cross-server competition. A separate tier-based ranking system will also compare guilds against others participating in the mode. Rewards include Guild Medals and Honor Rewards, while the Guild Medal Exchange Store will offer exclusive Cookies and Pets.
Three Cookies are joining the roster. Brightseeker Cookie is a TSSR Ranged Cookie who attacks a single target using a beam from a lightning rod drone before ending the attack with an explosive blast. Pinot Noir Cookie is an SSR Support Cookie whose projectiles can chain between as many as three enemies with low HP. She can also provide a wide-area buff granting multi-hit synergy and resistance to knockback and airborne effects.
Tea Knight Cookie joins as an SSR Tank. His ability increases his size and Defense before he leaps into the air and strikes the ground with his halberd, damaging enemies across an area. The update also introduces Battery Mellow, an SSR Pet that provides allies with rapid-fire synergy.
Devsisters reports that the game has generated over KRW 20 billion, approximately $14.3 million, with 40% of revenue coming from outside Korea. The United States is currently its highest-grossing international market.
Moreover, CookieRun: Kingdom will be updated on August 26 with Episode 9 of Timeline of Fate, titled “Time Breakers: Fatal Fixers.” The update adds Super Epic Time Shadow Cookie and Epic Pulpo Cookie alongside a new Legendary costume for Silent Salt Cookie.
CookieRun: Crumble is available on iOS, Android, and PC via Google Play Games.
