Yurukill: The Calumniation Games Releases New Trailer Showing Off Gentoku Omuro Gameplay

Izanagi Games released a trailer for the bullet-hell adventure, Yurukill: The Calumniation Games, coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2022.

The trailer highlights the character Gentoku Omuro (voiced by Taku Yashiro). Gentoku is the son of Yurukill’s CEO and has two sides to him, sweet and cold-hearted. He puts on a facade for those around him but expresses dark thoughts and acts selfishly. He’ll be competing in these games as part of a deal with his father. The trailer also shows off some of the bullet-hell gameplay segments.

Yurukill: The Calumniation Games is an escape adventure game within the bullet-hell shoot ’em up genre. The game is based on the original story by Kakegurui: Compulsive Gambler author Homura Kawamoto. In addition, the game features character designs from Hiro Kiyohara, known for his work on Valkyria Revolution, and a soundtrack from Yuko Komiyama, who worked on the Monster Hunter series. The shoot ‘em up elements were developed by the veteran studio, G.Rev.
