Bullet-Hell Adventure ‘Yurukill: The Calumniation Games’ Introduces Pop Star Hanaka Ichirin in New Trailer
Izanagi Games released a trailer for the bullet-hell adventure, Yurukill: The Calumniation Games, coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2022.
The trailer introduces Hanaka Ichirin (VO: Miku Ito), an underground pop star imprisoned for a sensational incident. She’s sweet and genuine and cares about her fans. She knew her teammate Oka before taking part in the Yurukill Games. However, the other participants often don’t know what to make of the pair’s unique, energetic interactions.
Yurukill: The Calumniation Games is an escape adventure game within the bullet-hell shoot ’em up genre. The game is based on the original story by Kakegurui: Compulsive Gambler author Homura Kawamoto. In addition, the game features character designs from Hiro Kiyohara, known for his work on Valkyria Revolution, and a soundtrack from Yuko Komiyama, who worked on the Monster Hunter series. The shoot ‘em up elements were developed by the veteran studio, G.Rev.
