Yuri Visual Novel ‘SeaBed’ Gets Physical Release on Nintendo Switch

EastAsiaSoft announced that the Paleontology-developed mystery visual novel SeaBed will receive a physical release on Nintendo Switch in Summer 2020, the game launches digitally on the eShop on March 19.

The limited physical release comes with a Switch copy of the game, numbered card, manual, and soundtrack all packed in a nice box. We will be sure to keep you updated when pre-orders open for the release.

SeaBed is a yuri visual novel that focuses on psychological and mysterious themes. The story is told through the eyes of three protagonists, Mizuno Sachiko, Narasaki Hibiki, and Takako. Each of the characters is connected, either by friendship or just an old fling, but they are each trying to work towards the goal of separating truth from illusion and make sense of the world around them. Yea, there is a love triangle going on here.

Originally released on PC-via Steam in 2017, SeaBed holds a positive rating from users. The Switch release will include options for both English and Japanese text. Although there is romance in the game, this is not an adult game so nothing seems to have been cut from this release.

UPDATE: Pre-order links are live on Play-Asia and there is also a standard option.
