Publisher refint/games has announced that Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga has been updated to version 1.0.7, implementing various fixes and Steam community items. The latter includes trading cards, profile backgrounds, and emoticons.

Fixed a bug where the duration of the items “Critical Strike Gloves” and “Awakening Puppet” was not properly set.
Fixed some effects not covering the entire screen when playing on ultrawide and narrow screens.
Fixed a message during online play that wasn’t properly centered when playing on ultrawide and narrow screens.
Fixed some item names that contained garbage characters in the Japanese version.
Fixed typos on the Japanese version of the tutorial menu.
Furthermore, Community Items are now available! Players who’ve already played for a while should have received a few trading cards. Once you craft a badge with them, you’ll receive various items such as Profile Backgrounds and Emoticons to decorate your profile with

Originally released in 2010 for the PSP in Japan, Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga blends characters and elements from the Ys series and the Trails in the Sky trilogy, marking an early appearance of Lloyd Bannings from the Trails Crossbell arc.
The combat from Ys SEVEN is back in this entry. With the addition of jumping mechanics, battles are now even faster than ever. Both couch and online multiplayer will be available, with rollback netcode.
Players can expect several quality-of-life improvements tailored for modern systems, including mouse and keyboard support, additional aspect ratios like 5:4 and 21:9, and other PC-centric options. A Material Collection mode will also be included, letting fans unlock wallpapers, soundtracks, and other bonus content from across Falcom’s catalog.
Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.
