The official Twitter account for the mobile action game Ys VI Online: The Ark of Napishtim has announced that they will be conducting a collaboration with The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III, known as Sen no Kiseki III, in Japan. Further details on the contents of this collaboration will be revealed at a later date.
This free-to-play mobile title is currently only available in Japan and Taiwan, having launched in both regions last year.
The latest localized console release for the Ys series is Ys IX: Monstrum Nox.
Ys IX: Monstrum Nox is set in the city of Balduq, which has been annexed by the Romun Empire. Adol Christin and his companion Dogi have just arrived, but he was detained before even stepping inside, thanks to Adol’s luck. While imprisoned, he meets a woman named Aprilis, who turns him into a Monstrum, a being with supernatural gifts and the power to exorcise monsters.
Adol must now ally with other Monstrums to fend off the deadly threats emerging from Grimwald Nox’s dimension. If that wasn’t enough, he must also learn more about this Monstrum curse and unravel the mysteries hidden within Balduq.
Ys IX: Monstrum Nox is currently available on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
