XSEED Games announced that the Falcom-developed action RPG, Ys: Memories of Celceta, will launch physically and digitally in the west on PlayStation 4 on June 9.
The PlayStation 4 version of the game will support 60 FPS with full HD graphics and optimized controls to reproduce the touch screen function found in the original PlayStation Vita version. This release will support dual audio, so players can play in both English and Japanese audio. Japanese audio will also be coming to the PC version of the game via a free patch in the future.
Additionally, a day 1 Ys: Memories of Celceta Timeless Adventurer Edition has been revealed and will include a soundtrack CD and 12 art cards. The game will also be available digitally for $29.99 for a standard edition and $39.99 with the inclusion of a digital soundtrack, with a never before release deluxe theme.
Ys: Memories of Celceta finds our adventurer, Adol Christin, without his memory and in a strange town called Casnan. He has then been thrown into responsibility as the town wishes for him to rid the local mine of monsters. Following the mission, Adol is then asked to map the Great Forest of Celceta, which means he’s in for a brand new adventure.
Ys: Memories of Celceta is available now on PS Vita and PC.
