Love Triangle Visual Novel ‘YOU and ME and HER: A Love Story’ Launches on PC in the West

JAST USA has released the Nitroplus-developed love triangle visual novel YOU and ME and HER: a love story (also known as Totono) on PC-via JAST USA in the west, with a  Steam release planned for May 25.

Released in Japan in 2013, YOU and ME and HER tells the story of a young man, Shinichi, whose bizarre desire for normalcy is thoroughly dashed when the friendless class weirdo, Aoi, tries to kiss him on the school roof.

She’s stopped just in time by the most popular girl in the school, Miyuki, once an old friend of Shinichi but now merely a classmate due to his complex. This seems to do a number on Shinichi, however, and he decides it would be in their best interests if he and Miyuki were to help out Aoi, by just being friends.

Additionally, in case you missed it, a physical limited edition of YOU and ME and HER is available from j-list in the west.

The publisher also released a new trailer to give players a preview of the characters and the game’s setting. The colors are rather neutral throughout the entire story, which makes the color red sound out prominently. I wonder why?
