Yashiro Nanakase Gets a Character Trailer for the King of Fighters XV

SNK released new gameplay from their upcoming 2D arena fighter, The King of Fighters XV, coming in later in 2021.

In this trailer, we see Yashiro’s attitude and vicious swings on full display, further accentuated by the title’s vibrant presentation. His reliance on his fists shows his prowess with speed, and he does not pull any punches. The end of the trailer shows one of Yashiro’s special moves in action as well, with some impressive cinematic flair to boot.

The colorful graphics allow the team to be a bit more playful with the roster and telegraph movesets easier, which is needed for such a technical fighting game such as this. The game will feature a main campaign revolve around Shun’ei and how he acquired his mysterious powers at a young age. The game will also have a story for other characters on the roster.
