Rayka Studio has announced that its creature-collecting fantasy adventure, Yaoling: Mythical Journey, has launched its full 1.0 version on Steam, marking the end of its Early Access period.
The base $19.99 price has been discounted by 20% to $15.99 to celebrate the launch, a promotion that will run until June 26, 2025.
Set in the Land of the Ancients, Yaoling: Mythical Journey features open-world exploration, monster collecting, and light life-sim elements in a 2.5D Eastern fantasy setting. Players gather and train over 400 unique creatures, Yaolings, each with their own talents, forms, and rare variants.
Battles are party-based with an optional auto-battle feature. Players can engage in competitive modes like the Martial Tournament or opt for roguelite-style progression in the Hearth Guard challenge. Fishing, gathering materials, and building a custom island home are other activities.
The title also includes light village management mechanics. As players progress, they can recruit villagers to open shops and assign idle Yaolings to gather resources. Each region also holds narrative threads tied to Demon Lords, unlocking new areas to explore.
