Yakuza: Like a Dragon Trailer shows Wacky Action, Humorous Side Activities and English Dubbed Karaoke

A brand new trailer for Yakuza: Like a Dragon has been released showcasing a number of the title’s minigames and side activities, as well as brief bits of the story.

This trailer, called “The Quest Begins”, thematically fits with the main character’s desire to become a hero like the ones he aspired to be in his favorite video games as a child. On his heroic journey, Ichiban the protagonist, will encounter an incredible slew of minigames such as kart-racing, batting cages, Sega arcades, school tests, and even growing and managing your own company.

The main highlight and takeaway from this trailer however, was the confirmation of Karaoke being dubbed in English for the first time ever in the series. The trailer shows a brief glimpse of fan favorite song “Bakamitai” in English before cutting away. The currently confirmed list for the English dubbed Karaoke songs includes:

• Baka Mitai (I’ve Been a Fool)
• Hell Stew
• Like a Butterfly
• Machine Gun Kiss
• Spring Breeze
• The Future I Dreamed Of

Yakuza: Like a Dragon is releasing on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, Playstation 4, Windows 10 and Steam on November 10, 2020. It is also releasing for the Playstation 5 on March 2, 2021 and will allow Playstation 4 owners to freely upgrade their copy whether they be physical or digital.

The Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S will also offer a Smart Delivery upgrade path for Xbox One owners of the game.
