Yakuza 0 Launches on Game Pass, so Xbox Loyalist Can Begin Their Yakuza Adventure

Sega has launched Yakuza 0 on Xbox One Game Paxx and PC-via Windows 10. This is the prequel title for the Yakuza series and a chance for Xbox loyalists to begin their Yakuza adventure.

Yakuza 0 follows the parallel storylines of Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima, two men who find themselves in the middle of the violent conflicts of Japan’s criminal world. The game takes place in the 1980s Japan, with explorable districts Kamurocho, Tokyo, and Sotenbori, Osaka being the backdrop for many of the events that take place.

However, Yakuza 0 doesn’t have to be played for the story alone, players can take some time to go bowling, the arcade, compete in slot car racing, go fishing, and even manage a cabaret club. Still, if you’re looking to just roam around the streets and kick-ass, well, you can do that too.

The publisher also released a new trailer showing the game running on Xbox and PC hardware. If you haven’t played the series yet, this is a new preview of what awaits you. It’s good to mention that there is a compelling story within these quirky mini-games.

Yakuza 0 is available now for free for subscribers of Xbox One Game Pass.
