Yacht Club Games Will Put Your Ex’s Name in ‘Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon’ to Squash on Valentine’s Day

Yacht Club Games revealed a new update coming to Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon for the PC via Steam version.

On Valentine’s Day, players are able to play through the game and squash Beetos with the name of their Ex. Now until February 13, players can submit their Ex’s name to be found in the game on Valentine’s Day. This will be a one-day event available through the Puzzle’s Pack DLC update on Steam. The game will pull from the list of names and rename Beetos that spawn throughout your adventure.

Those interested can submit the name of their Ex via a survey. The character limit is 14, and they won’t accept non-family-friendly names.

You’ll need the base game to play, and there’s a sale of the game going on now on Steam. This will not be available on consoles.

Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon is an action-puzzle adventure mashup where players will meet Puzzle Knight and shovel through scads and foes. Throughout the game, players will gain access to new equipment and large bosses, both familiar and old. The game also has a narrative with a few twists as players complete puzzles.
