Xuan Yuan Sword 7 Receives PS4 and Xbox One Release Date Set for September
EastAsiaSoft announced that the Softstar and Domo Studio-developed action RPG Xuan Yuan Sword 7, will launch on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 30, 2021.
The game launched last year onto PC with English subtitles, but now makes its way to console. This console version should have all of the updates added to the PC release for players to play the most up-to-date version.
“Bringing the Xuan Yuan Sword series to the west with Xuan Yuan Sword 7 is extremely exciting,” said Joshua M French, Community Manager at eastasiasoft. “Anyone with an interest in either Chinese mythology or action-RPGs will have a blast with this latest entry, which was designed as an entry point for a whole new audience.”
Xuan-Yuan Sword 7 is an action RPG with a real-time combat system. In battle, players will combine attacks and abilities with taking down large enemies. Additional actions include active skills, dodge abilities, and flash block.
The game also has a feature is known as Elysium Scroll, a bamboo scroll with the power to absorb monsters, create items, and more. Once a monster is consumed, players can upgrade Taishi’s skill and refine his abilities.
