World War Z Reveals Tokyo Map in New Gameplay Trailer
Focus Home Interactive launched a new gameplay trailer for the Saber Interactive multiplayer zombie shooter World War Z, coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC-via the Epic Games store on April 16.
The trailer shows off a new map, Tokyo, that players will need to work together in as they fight against hordes of zombies. The map extends to the edge of the sea as players hold back the approaching zombies. This stage will feature two missions available at launch, with a free mission available shortly after release.
“We’ve had such a positive response to the content that we decided to expand the core game and make four episodes spanning eleven levels available at launch,” said Matthew Karch, CEO of Saber Interactive.
World War Z follows multiple groups of survivors and addresses their unique storylines as they avoid interaction with the walking dead. However, that’s easier said than done because of Saber’s new Swarm Engine is promising to give players a tough time as they manage to survive against a large horde of zombies.
Players will travel through multiple locations such as Moscow, Jerusalem, and New York. They must use their wits and environment to survive encounters, but of course, they could also use their guns.
