World War Z Shows Gameplay and Environments in Launch Trailer Ahead of Release

Focus Home Interactive released the launch trailer for the Saber Interactive developed co-op zombie killing game World War Z, coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on April 16.

The trailer quickly shows players the different environments they’ll be able to travel to as well as some of the hordes they’ll be facing along the way. The trailer iterates that players will need to work together throughout narrative driven campaigns if they hope to survive the levels.

World War Z follows multiple groups of survivors and addresses their unique storylines as they avoid interaction with the walking dead. However, that’s easier said than done because of Saber’s new Swarm Engine is promising to give players a tough time as they manage to survive against a large horde of zombies.

Players will travel through multiple locations such as Moscow, Jerusalem, and New York. They must use their wits and environment to survive encounters, but of course, they could also use their guns.
