Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Releases One Last Demo Before Next Week’s Launch; Save Data Transfers to Full Game and Online Multiplayer Available

Koei Tecmo announced that the Team Ninja-developed action RPG Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty has received a final demo before its release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC on March 3, 2023. The game will be available on day one on Xbox Game Pass for console and PC.

The demo is available now from February 24, 2023, through March 26, 2023, and available across all systems. the demo features two of the opening stages that were not featured in the first demo, including Chapter 1: Village of Calamity, along with Chapter 2: Two Chivalrous Heroes. Online multiplayer will also be available in the demo, and by transferring the cleared saved data from these early stages to the main game, players will earn the in-game item “Crouching Dragon Helmet” upon the game’s release.

Further, the publisher released a new trailer to highlight more gameplay that players can expect.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty follows a nameless militia soldier who is fighting for survival in a dark fantasy version of the Later Hand Dynasty. Demons plague the Three Kingdoms, and our hero must fight them off using swordplay based on Chinese martial arts.

The game is a joint creation by Team Ninja producers Fumihiko Yasuda (Nioh) and Masaaki Yamagiwa (Bloodborne).
