Studio Elan launched the official trailer for the L³-developer visual novel Without a Voice, coming to PC-via Steam on March 20.
The trailer highlight the story’s premise allowing viewers to get a quick look at the main characters, Cassidy and Elowen. Also, the trailer features the English voiced audio for the game.
Without a Voice tells the story of an exiled princess, Cassidy, who spends her time in solitude. The harsh conditions of this new way of life aren’t easy for her as she does her best to survive. However, one day, she meets a mysterious maiden who ends up throwing her already fractured world out of alignment. Captivated by this stranger, Cassidy finds herself in a dark situation that she had no intention of being in.
“In seven days, the wheel of fate will splinter. Seven days, for better or worse…”
Cassidy is a sweet but clueless main protagonist who struggles to live on her own. While Elowen is graceful and beautiful in a mysterious way, however, Elowen is also quick to anger, and she might even be holding onto a secret.
Without a Voice features over 15,000 words with eight possible endings. The game includes 12 Event Illustration across a dark fantasy story.
Mature content in the game is described as: This game contains depictions of gore/death. It also deals with (text-only) uncomfortable topics such as homophobia, incestophilia, and codependency.
