Capcom and CD Projekt Red have launched their Monster Hunter: World and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt collaboration, available now for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Will launch later on PC.
The crossover content offer players a new quest line to Monster Hunter: World players who have to reach Hunter Rank 16 or about. Players will be able to play as Geralt of Rivia, voiced by Doug Cockle, as they accept the quest ‘Contract: Trouble in the Ancient Forest’. This task will put players face to face with a monster known as Leshen. However, defeating the beast will require skills such as Geralt’s White Wolf’s arsenal and abilities, including his silver sword and combat magic. Additional dialog scenes between characters can also be found throughout the quest.
On February 15, players who are Hunter Rank 50 or higher will have the ability to enter a multiplayer event where they will take on an even deadlier Leshen in the quest Contract: Woodland Spirit, available until March 1.
The collaboration update is free and available now on consoles.

Author’s take: There’s nothing better than a good collaboration, but the best are free like this one. Happy hunting!
