Square Enix will launch a collaboration between their tactical mobile JRPG War of the Visions Final Fantasy Brave Exvius and Final Fantasy XIII. The event begins on February 14, 2024, for the JP release; we’ll keep you updated on the global event as more information is provided.
The collaboration follows the event from 2022, where several characters from Final Fantasy XIII joined the roster. This time, Lightning, Snow, and Hope will all be returning alongside a new Unit, Fang. The publisher released a new trailer showing off the character in action. Players who sign in and take part in the event can receive an Ultra Rare Hope.
War of the Visions Final Fantasy Brave Exvius launched in Japan in 2019 and has since surpassed nine million downloads. The game is a standalone experience that draws inspiration from the developer’s previous tactical RPGs and is based in the Final Fantasy Brave Exvius universe.
During gameplay, players will find themselves on the continent of Ardra as a war of the nations unfolds. Players follow the story of twin princes, Mont and Stern, from the kingdom of Leonis, who possess the power of visions, and Machérie, the Steel Maiden of Hourne.
