War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius Japan Announces Persona 5 Royal Collaboration

Square Enix have announced that their free-to-play tactical mobile game, War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, will be hosting a collaboration with the Atlus developed Persona 5 Royal.

This collaboration is currently only scheduled for the Japanese version of the title from December 22, 2021, to January 31, 2022. On December 22, Joker and Queen will be gainable Ultra Rare units, while Violet will be added as a new Ultra Rare unit on New Year’s. Further, Cognitive Kamoshida, Kaneshiro, and Nijima will be boss battles in an event quest.

Square Enix has also launched the official website for this upcoming collaboration.

Thanks to Persona Central for sharing this notable news.

War of the Visions Final Fantasy Brave Exvius launched in Japan in 2019 and has since surpassed 9 million downloads. The game is a standalone experience that draws inspiration from the developer’s previous tactical RPGs and is based in the Final Fantasy Brave Exvius universe.

During gameplay, players will find themselves on the continent of Ardra as a war of the nations unfolds. Players follow the story of twin princes, Mont and Stern, from the kingdom of Leonis, who possess the power of visions, and Machérie, the Steel Maiden of Hourne.
