Strip ’em Up ‘Waifu Uncovered’ Announced for Switch, But Maybe it Shouldn’t be Played in Public
EastAsiaSoft announced they will publish the One-Hand-Free-developed strip ’em up Waifu Uncovered on Nintendo Switch to release on July 16 digitally-via the Nintendo eShop.
Waifu Uncovered has arcade shooter systems where players will need to avoid oncoming enemies and blow them up to get through levels. However, there are also items that need to be collected to assist them in removing the clothing of the illustrated girls in the background. Yes, this is definitely that kind of game.
There are eight anime girl illustrations available with the concept being that players need to save them from a deadly threat. The game features solo and cooperative modes, with a variety of ships available. Also, as probably gathered by the name of the developer, there is a one-finger mode. The game also features censored and uncensored modes since you’ll probably not want to be playing the game in public.
Waifu Uncovered launched in April of this year on Steam and held a positive review standing with players.
The publisher also released a new trailer showing the game running on Switch hardware. This also shows how far the team plans to push the sexual aspects of the game. Trust us; it’s pretty far.
