Shoot ’em Up ‘Waifu Discovered 2: Medieval Fantasy’ to Launch on Switch Later This Month

EastAsiaSoft announced they will publish the one-hand-free studio-developed shoot ’em up, Waifu Discovered 2: Medieval Fantasy, on Nintendo Switch on October 14, 2021.

Waifu Discovered 2: Medieval Fantasy initially launch on Steam earlier this year as an adult release. I’m sure this console version would have made a few updates to the illustrations, but the first entry still seemed to push what is allowed on ESRB-rated games.

This entry is set in a fantasy world of elves, demons, and magic as players build up the forces of the Uma Ninja Bards Clan to fight off strange invaders infecting girl’s clothing. It’s not a deep plot by any means, but at least they tried to set the stage for what you’re about to get yourself into.

During gameplay, players will have to save eight maidens from the infecting clothing. This is the duty of the clan, but the imagery that takes place behind the action might make things a little tougher when trying to get through the stage.

This is a verticle shoot ’em up where players will dodge and avoid raining bullets as they fight back against the invaders. I think there’s more here, but who cares, by now you’ll know if you’re getting this game or not.
