Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars Will Implement Faster Play Speed Post-Launch
Yoko Taro and the rest of the Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars development team have announced that they are working on implementing faster playing speed(s) for the title post-launch. This was one of the most requested features from those who have played the demo, so it’s neat seeing this eventual conclusion confirmed. Still, select unspecified sections of the experience will be unaffected by this increased speed.
You can view the message provided by the Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars development team below:
"We’re aware some players wish to play #VoiceOfCards: The Isle Dragon Roars at a faster speed than in the demo, so we’re working to add this option after launch of the full game. Some sections will be unaffected. We hope you're looking forward to it." – YOKO TARO and the dev team

Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars has been revealed to be a new deck-building RPG where players will use cards in a way that unravels a narrative. The game is headed by creative director Yoko Taro, who fans will know from the Drakengard and NieR series.
Further, other creative minds from the NieR team have joined development, including Yosuke Saito, Keiichi Okabe, and Kimihiko Fujisaka. This is an incredible lineup of developers, but it’s tough to say what this game will be. At this point, we don’t know what to expect from this group.

Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars is releasing for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam on October 28, 2021.
