Visual Novels ‘Robotics;Notes Elite’ and ‘Robotics;Notes DaSH’ Announced for the West
During Anime Expo 2019, Spike Chunsoft announced that they will be localizing the Mages developed adventure visual novel Robotics;Notes Elite, which will be coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC-via Steam sometime in 2020. In addition, the publisher announced that they will be bringing Robotics;Notes DaSH to the west.
Robotics;Notes has players follow the stories of multiple characters, more specifically Kaito Yashio and his friend Akiho Senomiya. The title is set in 2019, and has the two main characters, Kaito and Akiho, try to fulfil their robotic club’s dream of building an epic robot.
The original Robotics;Notes game was originally released by 5pb. in Japan on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2012. A couple of years later, an enhanced version titled Robotics;Notes Elite was released for PlayStation Vita in 2014, and for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in 2019. Soon, players in the west will have a chance to experience the visual novel for themselves.
Robotics;Notes DaSH is the sequel of Robotics;Notes, and was released on January 31, 2019 in Japan for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
Mages is known for developing some of the most beloved visual novel series’, such as the Steins;Gate series. Fans in the west have been looking forward to more of the developer’s lineup to come west.
