BL Visual Novel ‘Room No. 9’ Gets PC Release Date in the West

MangaGamer announced that the Parade-developed boy-love visual novel, Room No. 9, will release on PC-via Steam and MangaGamer on August 6.

Room No. 9 tells the story of two best friends, Daichi and Seiji, who set out on a summer vacation, that quickly turns into a nightmare. Evidently, instead of partying the nights away on the island, they end up trapped in a room and forced to participate in an “experiment”. Sadly, if they don’t play along, they’ll never return to there normal lives, but that may never be the case considering they’ll need to hurt each other in the process of escaping.

It turns out that Daichi is quick to lose an arm if it means they can get through this nightmare, but Sieji wishes to fight for a solution that won’t leave any scars. Their friendship will most likely never be the same.

Room No. 9 features a choice and customization feature where players can customize their characters with different items, such as glasses. The two lives are in the palm of the player’s hands and at the mercy of their inhumanly cruel choices.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the releases of Room No. 9 as we get closer to its release.
