Visual Novel ‘Muv-Luv photonflowers*’ Gets Western Release Date

Sekai Project announced that Muv-Luv photonflowers* will release on PC-via Steam on July 22.

Muv-Luv photonflowers* continues the story after the events of Muv-Luv Alternative and reunites the characters from the series. However, this title includes stories from the series multiple themes introduced in Extra and Alternative.

In the Extra universe players will be able to experience an extensive epilogue to Sumika’s ending along with six individual mini-stories from the perspective of the game’s main heroines, which take place prior to the events of Extra.

Furthermore, from the Alternative timeline, players will be able to read through three stories that shed new light on the events and characters introduced in Alternative, this includes backstories for Captain Isumi and Sergeant Jinguuji. Additionally, players can play through two mini-stories featuring all-new characters that aim to expand Alternative’s war-torn alternate reality by exploring the unique perspectives of the unsung heroes and supporting players in the war against the BETA.

For those missing out on the Muv-Luv story, the series is available on PC as well as PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in the west. It might be beneficial to play them before Muv-Luv photonflowers* because it might not make sense. Unless you’re just trying to see some anime girls then by all means jump in where’ve you please.
