Bloody Action Platformer ‘Vigil: The Longest Night’ Revealed for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC

Another Indie announced they will publish the Glass Heart Games developed 2D action platformer Vigil: The Longest Night on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in 2020, with a planned released on Nintendo Switch after.

Vigil: The Longest Night takes players on a bloody quest where they assume the role of Leila, a member of the vigil. In search of her lost sister, Leila returns how to find that the region has become lost to unimaginable terror. Her search also uncovers more about the town and the source of the evil that is plaguing its lands.

Vigil: The Longest Night features 2D-side scrolling action where players will Leila will cut her way through hordes of enemies. With access to swords, heavy weapons, twin dagger, and bows, she can easily find a way to deal with any lingering threats. Additionally, players will be able to level up and access a skill tree to make Leila a more proficient warrior. The game features boss encounters and multiple endings based on the secrets that you find.

Additionally, the team released a new trailer to give players a preview of the action and a look at the game’s dark and blood art direction.
