Mobile RPG ‘Various Daylife’ Announced From Bravely Default Team for Apple Arcade Service
Apple made a quick announcement today as they revealed their new subscription service for their Apple products known as Apple Arcade, launching on September 19 for $4.99 a month.
With this plan, owners of iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac and Apple TV will be able to play an entire catalog of over 100 new and exclusive games across all the Apple platforms. The company also mentions that users will not find these games on any other mobile platform or subscription service and the games can be played offline. One subscription enables up to six logins for families who wish to share an account.
“We are so excited to launch Apple Arcade on the App Store. A curated selection of over 100 new and exclusive games from many of the most innovative game developers in the world is the perfect complement to the App Store’s existing massive catalog of games,” said Phil Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing. “We think customers of all ages are going to be delighted that a single subscription gives the whole family unlimited access to the full catalog of amazing Apple Arcade games, all without any ads or additional purchases, while knowing every game must meet Apple’s high privacy standards.”
What caught our attention was the announcement made from Square Enix about a new mobile game known as Various Daylife. The game is said to be a brand-new RPG from the creators of “Bravely Default” and “Octopath Traveler.” In the year 211 of the Imperial Era, players explore a newly discovered continent while living life to the fullest in the city of Erebia. The game looks to be a turn-based RPG played from the first-person perspective.
We’ll definitely await more news from this title, but that’s all we got for now.
