Last month, Paradox Interactive announced three of four clans that players can make their character in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2. These included the Banu Haqim, Tremere, and Brujah clans. Today, they announced the final clan that players can choose from, titled the Ventrue, kindred who see themselves as rulers over all vampire society.
They will usually choose to embrace those in their clan who are already familiar with money and power. Their abilities allow them to dominate over those weaker than them and overwhelm anyone who resists with superior endurance, ensuring any Ventrue will be hard to take down in a fight.
Currently, many of the assets are still in development, so very little was shown off of the clan at this time. However, there is a render of Phyre (the protagonist of Bloodlines 2) wearing Ventrue clan attire. The post also says that following the holidays, more information, including an extended gameplay trailer, will start being released during January 2024
Players can see the render below and read the full post at Paradox Interactive’s official website.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is a long-awaited sequel to the original games based on the hit tabletop game of the same name. In this title, players will take over the role of Phyre, an elder vampire stuck dealing with a power vacuum in Seattle and a mysterious voice inside their head. Players will need to fight, talk, and feed as they attempt to fill the power vacuum and survive their time in Seattle.
Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines 2 is planned to be released in 2024 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
