Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story 2 Enters Early Access

Agate International and publisher PQube Limited have announced that Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story 2 is now available on PC through Steam in Early Access.

The current plan is for the game to stay in Early Access for approximately a year, with small updates throughout the year and big updates every two months or so. Right now, the story’s opening act and some dungeons are playable, with a number of quests also being present. All-in-all, it totals approximately 10 hours of content as of today.

If you don’t know about Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story 2, it’s a combo of both the simulation genre and RPGs. You manage a school of prospective heroes, where you decide what courses they’ll take and when in order to make them the best RPG heroes they can be. Outside of class management, it features turn-based combat as well as addictive stat-building.

You can also check out our full written review of the first game, where we said: “Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story is a cute academy sim-RPG that offers a lot for the price of admission. The game has so many little systems that aren’t totally executed all the way, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t fun at times.”
