Fantasy RPG ‘Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story 2’ Confirms Console Release in 2023

PQube announced they will publish the Agate-developed adventure fantasy game Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story 2 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch alongside the PC version in early 2023. Currently, the game is in Steam Early Access.

Physical editions Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story 2 will be available on PS5 and Switch.

Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story 2 is a sequel to 2018’s Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story and puts players in the role of a new principal at a new academy. A fresh start for players to raise brave students and ensure they have what it takes to become heroes.

This entry features a turn-based battle system where players can send out parties of students to fight against monsters. The battles come with a few layers of strategy as you can queue actions and moves for greater effect. Players will also need to determine the weakness of enemies and exploit it for damage.

Players can build up their school to their liking by adding new structures aimed at enhancing the students. The academy is graded on its facilities and offerings, bringing added rewards and higher-ranking students to the grounds.
