Yes, You Can Unlock Ada’s Dress in Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways
With the release of the story DLC Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways, many may have been wondering what special unlocks players can look forward to in this survival horror remake.
While Separate Ways was included with the PS2 release of Resident Evil 4, this time around, it’s being offered as paid DLC. Many players were curious about the extras that you get.
While there are a host of possible items and cosmetics to unlock after beating the 7-hour story DLC, I was more curious about whether or not Ada would have more alternative costumes, something that wasn’t included in the PS2 version.
Well, I can sleep well tonight, knowing the developers have included Ada’s original dress. This is unlockable after beating the DLC and purchasing it from the Bonus menu for 2,000 CP, a small price to pay for this classic dress.
After purchasing, you can head to the Extras menu and put it on. The dress will be present in all cutscenes, so you can start in New Game+ on the highest difficulty and go crazy.
Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways offers an expanded narrative based on the original game’s bonus content. In this reimagined adventure, players follow the enigmatic Ada Wong as she infiltrates the European village controlled by Los Iluminados, all under the orders of Albert Wesker.
Her mission is to acquire a powerful substance known as “the Amber,” which is the group’s closely guarded secret. Along the way, Ada unexpectedly crosses paths with Leon S. Kennedy, shedding new light on the game’s story and addressing lingering questions from the main campaign. Ada’s covert journey unfolds in parallel with Leon’s rescue operation, unveiling the hidden events that transpire behind the scenes and providing a comprehensive view of the storyline.
Separate Ways retains the thrilling gameplay of Resident Evil 4, allowing players to confront various horrors using precise firearms, intense knife combat, stealth tactics, and finishing moves. What sets it apart is the introduction of a new gameplay element that elevates the action to a higher level. Ada now wields her signature Grappling Gun, enabling her to execute melee takedowns from a distance. Additionally, this versatile tool allows her to traverse significant distances and overcome obstacles that would otherwise be insurmountable.
Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
