Under Night In-Birth II [Sys:Celes] Reveals Opening Movie

Arc System Works and French Bread have revealed the official opening movie for their upcoming fighting game Under Night In-Birth II [Sys:Celes]. Featuring the vast playable cast, the track is sung by ucio, while RyoRca penned the lyrics.

As a light novel-style action fighting game, UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH II Sys:Celes, the seventh title in the series, brings 21 returning characters and new In-Births to bolster an already potent roster and a compelling soundtrack.

Players take the role of high school youth and story protagonist Hyde as he encounters the mysterious girl, Linne, prompting his inner EXS powers to suddenly awaken. The two band together in a grueling struggle to defeat Paradox.

However, Kuon the Aeon appears and defeats the two victors, proclaiming his advent of the world’s end. This leads to Linne’s disappearance, causing Hyde to venture alone in an effort to save the world from Kuon.

Players can anticipate an expanded move list, new character abilities, rollback netcode, finely tuned balances, and more. The EXS button will let beginners perform techniques without much difficulty, providing a distinct sense of speed.
