Uncharted Movie Reveals Official Trailer; February 18, 2022 Release

PlayStation Blog has recently shared a new post discussing the upcoming film adaptation of Uncharted featuring Tom Holland, Mark Wahlberg, and Antonio Banderas. In this latest post, Neil Druckmann, co-president of Naughty Dog, shared his thoughts on the film and Uncharted as a whole.

Starting November 19, 2021, it will have been 14 years since the Uncharted series began, and this film aims to celebrate that impressive anniversary while also catering to non-fans simultaneously.

Film director, Ruben Fleischer, shared the following statement:

“[We] made the movie for both hardcore fans of the game and those who are not yet familiar with the franchise and believe that both will be equally entertained by this incredibly fun and action-packed film.”

The Uncharted movie will be available theatrically on February 18, 2022.

During the Playstation Showcase 2021, Naughty Dog announced a remastered collection of their award-winning Uncharted series for the Playstation 5 and a PC release. The compilation will include Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. However, it will not have the first 3 games in the series; Drake’s Fortune, Among Thieves, and Drake’s Deception.
