A3 Ikebukuro has announced an official collaboration set to take place with the Umineko portion of the When They Cry series.

Between April 29 and May 12, 2026, the Ikebukuro Sukima Store in Toshima, Japan, will host a pop-up shop for the series.

Newly illustrated depictions of various core characters will be purchasable as merchandise, including acrylic stands, acrylic wands, and can badges. The eeo store is also allowing online orders in advance between April 3 and April 7, 2026.

In Umineko, players witness the events that occur on the island of Rokkenjima. The Ushiromiya family is hosting a conference to discuss who will inherit the former family head’s estate following his passing. However, suspicions arise within each individual as the apparent presence of witches and other strangers complicates matters.

While part of the When They Cry franchise, Umineko can be enjoyed on its own. It doesn’t boast the same ambiance of horror as Higurashi does, but its mystique and vast cast grant it a distinct sense of identity.

Umineko When They Cry is available on PC via Steam.
