Action-Adventure ‘Ultra Age’ Announced for Worldwide Release for 2021 in New Trailer

Dangen Entertainment announced that they will publish the Next Stage and Visual Dart-developed action-adventure Ultra Age in 2021.

More gameplay will be shown during the Guerrilla Collective 2 event.

Ultra Age has players exploring 3D environments but focuses on the action as players encounter many foes throughout the adventure. Ultra Age follows the story of a young warrior named Age, who embarks on a mission to save humankind from extinction. He must use his blades to cut through robotic and mutant foes, explore futuristic locales, and unravel a vast conspiracy concerning the planet’s fate.

Gameplay features high-speed action combat as players change blades as they connect combos. Enemies will have weaknesses that need to be considered during fights, but high combos deal more damage. Additionally, a wire skill pulls smaller enemies closer along with a Quantum Warp to get closer to large foes. Strategy is key during fights, but it holds onto its fast action roots.

Players will need to gather elements to upgrade their blades and enhance their skills. Install modules can level up the character and increase the arsenal of available weapons. Use Helvis to burst into Critical Rage, cast Healing Pocket to recover, or Time Shift to loot more items.
