Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- Western Release Reveals Second Trailer

TYPE-MOON and Aniplex of America have unveiled a new trailer for the upcoming Western release of Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon-. Several major characters are highlighted throughout this video, alongside brief teases of the official English localization.

Tsukihime was the first visual novel developed by TYPE-MOON, making it the very first game written by Kinoko Nasu of Fate/Stay Night fame in partnership with illustrator Takashi Takeuchi. Though the title shares much of its in-universe lore with other Nasu works, its focus was instead on serial killing cases and vampires.

While the original game came out in 2000, a remake was announced back in 2008, but its first part, A piece of blue glass moon, was only released in Japan in 2021. The remake covers the Near Side of the Moon, leaving the Kohaku, Hisui, Akiha, and teased Satsuki routes to the upcoming second part, The other side of red garden.

On the other hand, this upcoming first release will feature the Arcueid and Ciel routes, Moon Princess and Midnight Rainbow, respectively.
