Emotional Sci-fi Visual Novel ‘Trinoline’ Gets Western PC Release Date
MangaGamer announced that the Minori developed science fiction visual novel Trinoline will launch on PC-via MangaGamer and Steam on April 18.
Trinoline opens with a tragedy as Shun Nanami’s sister, Shirone Nanami, drowned at sea. Stuck with the memory forever, he often is pained when thinking about the event. In order to cope, Shun vows to live in her stead and make up for the life she never got to have. As time passes, Shen attends a school like a normal student, but on a day that reminded him of his sister, he heard a song that Shirone adored. Following the tune led him to the source…she sister.
However, this was not his sister as much as it looked like her. Instead, it was an android who looked exactly like her named Trino. The story follows the events after where Shun unravels the mystery and an emotional story of the characters takes place.
Trinoline will be available as an all-ages release on Steam while the 18+ version will be available on MangaGamer’s story page.
The publisher also released new screenshots from the game to give players a preview of a few of the CG scenes during the story.
