The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III Western Release Delayed to October
NIS America announced that The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III will be delayed in the west by a month moving the September 27 release date to October 22 in North America and Europe and October 29 in Oceania.
The delay doesn’t come with a reason as to why it will happen, but the publisher states, “NIS America sincerely apologizes to everyone who was greatly looking forward to its release, and would like to thank fans for their understanding and patience as the team is working hard to deliver the best possible experience.”
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III continues the story of Thors Military Academy student Rean Schwarzer as he and his classmates find themselves in the middle of a war. Over the course of the game, players will learn more about the characters and their personalities as well as the state of the region.
The game will feature turn-based combat where players can use Arts and Skills to take down enemies. Additionally, other powerful attacks are unlocked as the story goes on. This game also introduces a new “Break System”, which the player will explore throughout the game and NISA will provide further details on soon.
