Trails of Cold Steel III Launches PC Demo Ahead of Steam Release
NIS America launched a new demo for the PC version of the Falcom-developed RPG The Legend of Heroes: Trailer of Cold Steel III, launching on Steam on March 23.
The demo is available now on the Steam page and allows players to witness the opening of the adventure and mess around with the PC exclusive options. The PC version of the game will launch with 26 cosmetic items, available for free for a limited time. Additionally, in the PC version, players can now customize the high-speed mode and utilize the new ultrawide screen support options. The game now supports framerates up 240 fps and has fully customizable key bindings.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III continues the story of Thors Military Academy student Rean Schwarzer as he and his classmates find themselves in the middle of a war. Throughout the game, players will learn more about the characters and their personalities as well as the state of the region.
The game features turn-based combat where players can use Arts and Skills to take down enemies. Additionally, other powerful attacks are unlocked as the story goes on. This game also introduces a new “Break System”, which the player will explore throughout the game and NISA will provide further details on soon.
