Trails Franchise Discounted On PC Via Steam & GOG

Publishers NIS America, XSEED, and developer Nihon Falcom have discounted the Trails franchise on PC via the Steam and GOG services. Each title’s price has been severely cut, and these sales conclude on January 5, 2022, so prospective fans have around a week to purchase any or all of these qualitative games.

4 Trails games will be releasing in the West across 2022 and 2023; Trails from Zero, Trails to Azure, The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails, and Trails into Reverie.

Trails into Reverie takes place after the latest localized title of the series, Trails of Cold Steel IV. Players take control of 3 simultaneously ongoing story paths, with Rean Schwarzer, Lloyd Bannings, and the mysterious C being the leaders of each path.

Hearkening back to Trails in the Sky the 3rd, players will find themselves exploring the Reverie Corridor, which contains a slew of content such as recruitable party members, minigames, and randomly generated dungeons. Additionally, the strategical Brave Order mechanic makes its return alongside the new United Front system utilizing the power of the entire team to destroy foes. Side episodes viewable from the Reverie Corridor also serve to flesh out the characterizations and relationships of the massive, varied cast.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie is releasing for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via the Epic Games Store and Steam in 2023.

The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails is releasing for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via the Epic Games Store and Steam in 2023.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero is releasing for Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via the Epic Games Store and Steam in Fall 2022.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure is releasing for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via the Epic Games Store and Steam in 2023.
