Touhou Game ‘Takkoman -Kouzatsu World-‘ Announced For PC; New Trailer
During the Playism 2022 game show event, the publisher showcased an upcoming Touhou title being developed by illuCalab, Takkoman -Kouzatsu World-. This is a 2D platformer that is rather hectic with its challenging obstacles and presentation. Still, the (noisy) pixel artwork is incredibly endearing and is selling me on the game alone.
Players can utilize various attacks to eliminate foes and skillfully evade incoming attacks via sidestepping. Additionally, more than ten skills are useable, with keyboard controls seeming purposefully accounted for. If those capabilities weren’t enough, the protagonist, Takorin, can dodge in mid-air and dash twice while off the ground, an awe-inspiring feat for a girl lacking arms.
The game’s Steam page houses more information regarding this upcoming release. However, there is currently no confirmed release date or window.
