Activision announced Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 will launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X on March 26. The publisher also announced that the game will come to Nintendo Switch in 2021.
The next-gen versions of the game will have a few upgraded features including 120 fps at 1080p resolution or 4k at 60 FPS along with spatial audio. The Nintendo Switch version won’t feature this, but it will allow you to play the game on the go.
Those wanting to upgrade to the next-gen version of the game can purchase a Cross-Gen Deluxe Bundle for $10. This will also give players a secret skater named Ripper, extra gear and skins, and other digital goods. Owners of the game can upgrade their last-gen version to the PS5 or Xbox Series X version for free.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 includes updated versions of each of the levels with the skaters and locations that players will remember. The publisher revealed that the original soundtrack for the game will also be featured in the release. Along with 4K resolution support, players will find that the game also features updated mechanics such as revert, lip tricks, wall plans, and manuals. Create-A-Park and Create-A-Skater modes have also returned along with multiplayer game modes, both online and local. The levels will also include new goals and challenges.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
