Ubisoft launched the new DLC for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 titled Episode 1 – D.C. Outskirts: Expeditions, available now for Year 1 Pass holders and on July 30 for all other players.
Episode 1 – D.C. Outskirts: Expeditions has players adventure out to the surrounding areas of Washington D.C. to take on two new missions. Additionally, players will be able to find new gear and playthrough a new experience that has them exploring three different wings of a Kenly College to rescue civilians.
The full content in Episode 1 – D.C. Outskirts: Expeditions will include the aforementioned two main missions, Camp White Oak and Manning National Zoo, where players will need to infiltrate new environments that aim to expand on the game’s story. Furthermore, the Expeditions experience will have players enter Kenly College as they search for civilians in need of rescuing. However, the level will have players take on three different wings, each with a specific theme and tone. These areas will be released weekly and at the end, a treasure room will be found full of rewards.
The update has new weapons:
- One exotic weapon: Diamondback Rifle
- One exotic gear: BTSU Datagloves
- Two weapons: Stoner LMG and Carbine 7
Exclusive to Year 1 Pass holders is a Classified Assignment that takes place in Washington’s Central Aquarium and NSA Site B13.
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is available now on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
