Slice-of-Life Visual Novel ‘Tokyo Re:Connect’ Gets Free Demo on PC

Koneko released a free demo for their slice-of-life visual novel Tokyo Re:Connect, available now on PC-via their website.

Tokyo Re:Connect tells the story of Touki Shindou, who has just transferred to Ainoshima Gakuen in the middle of the Spring term on the advice of his older sister, Ayane Shindou. Touki sees himself as an ordinary student but is the only member of the classic literature club, which is in danger of disbanding.

As the deadline for recruiting a specific amount members approaches, the student council president, Ayumi, gives them an idea of how to save the club. However, it may not be in the club’s best interests as more and more girls began to join, even to the point where the club may be taken over.

The demo gives players an introduction to the characters and Touki’s situation. However, at this time, we need to play more of the game to understand its features. Still, we know that the game has full controller support for those that don’t want to use a keyboard.

Additionally, the developers have a plan to launch a Kickstarter for the project on July 4. More about the campaign will be revealed soon, but the funds will assist with development and release.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the development and release plans of Tokyo Re:Connect as more details are released.
